Position: Center Manager / Cluster Coordinator

  • Responsible for the mobilization of the beneficiaries for the center
  • Conducting the induction and life skills sessions to the beneficiaries
  • Responsible for the qualitative and quantitative deliverables of the program at the center level
  • Coordinating with other faculty, program manager & Sr. program manager at regional level
  • Responsible to maintain the asset register, visitors book
  • Maintaining the center portfolio & faculty portfolio
  • Ensuring Student assessments and evaluation
  • Ensuring MIS compliance in accordance with project guidelines
  • Ensuring all documentation of the batch as per the guidelines
  • Maintaining all center expense sheets and payment vouchers
  • Tracking post placement record

Position: Trainer

Job Description

  • Conducting mobilization process of the students and admissions as per the target for respective domains
  • Responsible for delivery of curriculum in the spirit it is designed (theory and practical)
